Cakes can be picked up free of charge from the kitchen in Battersea, the shop in Covent Garden or they can be delivered to addresses within the M25. Cakes can also be delivered to areas outside the M25 by prior arrangement. Delivery is made in Lorraine Pascale Ltd vehicles. Delivery days are Monday to Sunday. We cannot however give a guaranteed time and all times specified on the website may vary according to traffic. The price for the delivery will be confirmed on placing the order.
Please note for cakes ordered over the weekend, the first available delivery day is the following Tuesday.
Any other items such as non-edibles will be delivered by our vehicles. However should an item be out of stock at the time of ordering, you shall be notified by email. When placing goods of this order an exact delivery day may not be guaranteed should an item become out of stock.
Our cakes will be delivered to you in perfect condition and you will be asked to sign a delivery note to confirm this. Our cakes will arrive with you in strong boxes. As soon as the delivery driver has handed over the cakes to you, the cakes will be in full responsibility of the customer.
Should any non-edible items reach you in imperfect condition, then you will be entitled to a full refund subject to our approval. The item must be returned within 14 days in its original packaging.
Any goods, which are faulty, will be replaced or refunded subject to approval. The customer will be responsible for paying for the item to be returned to Lorraine Pascale Ltd. Lorraine Pascale Ltd will not be responsible for any postage and packaging costs.
Whilst we do use a secure server to for our online orders and take every step to safeguard your personal information. we are unable to guarantee the 100% security of your data, which you give us, online. Therefore Lorraine Pascale Ltd is not wholly responsible for a data breach unless it directly due to our negligence or indeed willful default.
Once the order is placed, if it then cancelled from the day of ordering until 14 days prior to the delivery date, the customer will incur a 20% cancellation fee of the total amount which has been paid. Between 14 and 7 days before the delivery date a 50% cancellation fee of the total amount will be incurred and from between 7 days and until the delivery or collection date the customer will be charged the full amount paid.
Non-edible Items
Orders of this nature which have been placed and then cancelled but not yet dispatched will get a full refund. However if the items have already been dispatched goods must be returned to Lorraine Pascale Ltd at the customer’s own expense and subject to approval the full cost will be refunded, excluding the charge for delivery.
Items shown on the website may not be available at the time of ordering. Stock availability cannot be guaranteed on the website and Lorraine Pascale Ltd will cancel any orders where stock has not arrived within 1 week.
