One Autumn/Winter season in Paris, Ms Pascale was walking down the runway doing her thing with fellow colleagues Ms Campbell and Ms Moss but as she did her little turn on the catwalk, she knew there was a rumbling in her tummy that she could no longer ignore. She had denied herself (and indeed the cake loving community) cupcakes for too long. And with a bat of a false eyelash she walked off the catwalk for the very last time.
Then, one Patisserie degree course, some time in some very good restaurants, a huge leap of faith and a brilliant team later she set up Ella’s Bakehouse.
Her team of fantastic chefs wake up whilst the rest of you sleep and bake the yumminess that are Ellas Bakehosue cakes to deliver to the shop nestled in the heart of Covent Garden.
